Box Office Policy:
We accept VISA, MasterCard, Traveller's Cheques and Cash. Reserved tickets must be guaranteed with a Credit Card. We have a 24-hour cancellation policy. Tickets are non-exchangeable on the day of the performance. If tickets are purchased prior to the performance date, they may be exchanged for another performance (subject to availability). "No Babes in Arms for any evening performances" Refunds: No refunds will be given for returned tickets. However, if you return your tickets to the Box Office at least one hour prior to the performance, you can request a tax receipt indicating a donation of the cash value to Theatre Newfoundland Labrador. |

Etiquette & Safety:
Latecomers and people leaving the theatre will not be seated until a suitable break in the performance, whereupon seating location will be at the discretion of the management. Cameras, tape recorders, personal stereos, pagers, electronic organizers and cellular phones are not permitted inside the theatre. Please check them at the Box Office before entering the theatre. No food or drink is permitted in the Warehouse Theatre. Bar service is available prior to show and during intermission in the Workshop Bar. |
Seating:
Assigned seating at the Warehouse Theatre and for the Ethie Dinner Theatre. General seating for other performances at the Shallow Bay Motel. We will, however, do our utmost to ensure groups and families can be seated together. early arrival is important. Due to limited number of seats and popularity of the plays, we urge you to reserve your tickets for all shows early. |

Accessibility:
Both venues are wheelchair accessible. The Warehouse Theatre has a limited number of hearing assistance receivers. Please inform Box Office upon reserving your tickets of any special needs. How to get there: Take the Viking Trail (Route 430) to the Cow Head turnoff (Cow Head is a drivethrough community). The Warehouse Theatre & Shallow Bay Motel are located on the main road. |
