Mike Payne, who is not from Cow Head, is thrilled to be making his debut at the Gros Morne Theatre Festival. He has worked professionally throughout the province with TNL, The Stephenville Theatre Festival, Gros Morne Summer Music, and Rising Tide Theatre. Mike was co-AD of the Corner Brook based Stage West Theatre Festival for 8 seasons. Past favourites include The Baker (Into the Woods), Charlie Conlon (Stones in his Pockets), Jack (West Moon), Kat (The Pillowman), Austin (True West), Tevye (Fiddler on the Roof), Jack (The Weir), and Vladimir (Waiting for Godot). Mike is thrilled to be working with this amazing cast and crew, and grateful to Wendy and Matt for everything.
