You are viewing a show from our Production History Archives.

Theatre Newfoundland Labrador presents “Ed & Ed’s Olde Tyme Newfoundland Christmas Concert” and we’re inviting you to be a part of it! Songs, skits and recitations! Does your school, choir or actors have an idea that might be included in our professionally directed and stage managed performance? We’re having an open audition/ideas meeting on Sunday, August 28th, 2016!

TNL is a non-profit professional Theatre Company based right here in Corner Brook. Audience development and community outreach is part of our professional mandate and with that in mind, TNL will produce a community Christmas production this fall to offer an opportunity for community actors and singers to work with a professional artistic and technical team to and bring some Christmas fun and delight to Corner Brook audiences.

Past years have seen us produce Broadway musicals, dramas and comedies – 2016 will be our first production of an old time Newfoundland Christmas concert!

We’re auditioning for material and performers for our inaugural Christmas Concert which will be hosted by the venerable Ed and Ed!

Does your community theatre group have a fun Christmas skit you’d like to perform? Does your church, school or community choir have a Christmas song or Carol they’d like to perform? Or are you a community actor/singer that would like to perform on stage at the Arts and Culture Centre in a fun and professionally developed evening of Newfoundland & Labrador comedy and Christmas celebration?

Send your ideas to admin@theatrenewfoundland.com before Aug. 26, 2016 or come to our audition/ideas get together at TNL on Sunday, August 28th at Theatre Newfoundland Labrador off Confederation Drive behind Western Kia.

Come and be a part of a wonderful evening of Christmas fun and joy on stage at the Arts and Culture Centre Dec. 1-4, 2016 under the auspices of Theatre Newfoundland Labrador!
